James served our Country in the Air Force and worked as a business owner of the Sandal Stop in Kailua Kona with his wife Janice.He is survived by spouse Janice; son Jack Coe of Honolulu, Hawai’i; daughter Jennifer Coe-Martinez of Kailua Kona; and cousin Ralph and Phyllis OKumura of Las Vegas and Honolulu.Services are planned in Kona at a later date.
