Loving wife of 40 years to Mike Patrick; mother, to Diana and Dale Waldo, Mike and Cindy Fuller and Ilya Patrick; grandmother to Tyler Waldo, Jennifer Waldo and Casey Murray.
She was a Retired Business Manager for Shoreline School District and Chief Financial Officer Old Adobe School District.
Janice was a 15 year resident of Maui. She was an active multiple tennis teams including Wailea Chicks Tennis Team. Jan was well known for her love of animals and special affection for dogs.
