Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 28, 2012, at Ballard Family Mortuary; service will start at 7:30 p.m. Visitation will also be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Friday, June 29, 2012, at Ballard Family Mortuary; service starts at 11 a.m.; lunch at the funeral home to follow, burial will be at 2:00 p.m., at Maui Memorial Park Cemetery in Wailuku.
Joseph was a highly decorated Marine Corps Veteran and a retired small business owner.
He is survived by his wife, Ana P. Kamaka; sons, Joseph K. (Jenie Cruz) Kamaka, Oliver N. Kamaka (deceased), Travis U. (Sandi) Kamaka; brothers, Charles Reinhardt, William, Reinhardt, Lloyd Reinhardt; sister, Marilyn Naki; grandchildren, Zachary Kamaka, Ahja Kamaka, Sasha Kamaka, Deana Kamaka, Jessica Kamaka; hanai children, and other extended ohana.
