Services will be held at Christ the King Catholic Church Kahului, on Thursday, June 25, 2020. Visitation from 9:30am; mass starts at 11am; burial will follow at the Maui Veteran’s Cemetery. The family requests no flowers.
Due to COVID19, wearing of masks and practicing social distancing is required.
Manuel was a retired Civil Engineer for the State of Hawaii. He is survived by his loving wife, Frances Silva; children, Mark Silva, Jeffrey (Tanya) Silva, Jonathan (Laura) Silva, Margie (Mike) Santos, Roberta Silva, Debra McKay; and grandchildren, Marissa, Mindy, Bryceen, Nainoa, Sion, and Jaxon.
