Marciel Torres Celebrado, 92, of Kahului, passed away on April 8, 2014, at Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born on August 9, 1921 in Waikapu, Maui.
Private services were held.
Marciel retired from the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard where he worked as a rigger. He was also a Veteran of the United States Army.
He is survived by his son, Gary (Jean) McIlrath; step-son, Lloyd Yukawa; daughter, Gay Ann (Albert Dumaran Jr.) Celebrado; brother, Santiago Magallanes; sister, Julita Kaiama; grandchildren, Kelsie Ann, Kainoa, and Kupono Kaoni; and great-grandchildren, Kamalei, and Aliana.
