Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Friday, April 7, 2017 at St. Anthony Church in Wailuku, mass will begin at 11 a.m. and burial will follow at 12:30 p.m. at Maui Memorial Park.
Melanie worked as a branch manager for Kahului Airport Parking.
She is survived by her companion, Sonny Morreira; daughters, Rhonda (Norman) and Raelani Urago; siblings, Steven Ferreira, Nelson Ferreira, Shirley Ann Ferreira, Verna Barcai, Terry (Carlton Galang) Ferreira, Damien Ferreira, and Ronald Ferreira; and 1 grandson, Jonah.
