
He was born on June 12, 1943 in San Diego, California.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 8, 2015, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Lahaina Ward on Ulupono Street, services will begin at 12 noon, and cremation will follow.
Paul was raised as a single child by his mother, Shirley St. Martin. He was an avid member and served in the Boy Scouts of America for over 30 years. He was a member of the Operating Engineers Local Union number 3 for 41 years and retired as a heavy equipment operator. He devoted his time and energy as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Paul enjoyed fishing and loved his family with all his heart, might, mind and strength.
Dad (Papa) leaves his legacy behind through his queen and beloved wife, Grayce Dean; half-sister, Kathy Rodgers; children, Jana (Nelson) Saribay, Jason (Kalea ) Dean, Jeri Dean, Chuki (Sheila) Dean, Joshua (Danae) Dean, and Jinny (Lee) Yap; 19 grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren, and 1 step-great-grandchild.
