Roxanne Marie Carlson

Roxanne was one of the Lord’s most dependable angels here on earth, spreading His word everywhere she went. She is greatly missed by all her family and friends all over the country.

Roxanne devoted her whole life to the Lord, getting her nursing degree at Roberts Wesleyan College which ultimately, along with the Church, led her to a school nurse position at the Doris Todd Christian Academy in Maui, where she served for 43 years.

Predeceased by J. Elton and Eleanor Carlson, who no doubt welcomed their first daughter with open arms.

Roxanne is survived by siblings Richard (Diane) Carlson, David (Mary) Carlson, James Carlson, Jeff (Suzie) Carlson, Nancy (Mike Stasch) Ensman, Linda (Mike) Jamalkowski, and John Carlson. Also Aunt Joyce Carlson, along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She is also survived by her Maui family, those she worked with and prayed with, especially her housemate, Carolyn Moore, who considered Roxanne a loyal, faithful friend and a sister.
