Denise L. DeCosta passed away on July 8, 2025 surrounded by her loved ones at the age of 71. Raised on the windward side, she resided in Kaneohe where she raised her family and dedicated 30 years of her career at Kaneohe Elementary School. She will be greatly missed.
Denise is survived by: her husband George, daughters Donnica (Kale), Dionne (Aaron), and Dyann. Survived by her grandchildren: Ka’elele (Shawna), Isabella, Kiele, Levi and Kilinahe. Survived by her siblings: Wyllie (Kris), Brad (Sandy), Edwina (Gianfrancesco), Debra (Michael), Donna (Rudy), DeeDee (Rick) and Dena (Earl).
