Katsuro Tsujiuchi passed away peacefully on September 5, 2023 at the age of 92. He was born on December 4, 1930 in Wakayama, Japan. He worked as a Chef in Tokyo, Kyoto, Las Vegas, and Honolulu where he opened Hifumi Shokudo. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, traveling, watching Angel’s baseball, and cooking for everyone. He is survived by his daughter, Judy Suyama and husband Alan, and brother Yasukazu Tsujiuchi, nieces and nephews. Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Chapel in Kaneohe. Visitation:10:30 am; Service: 11:00 am.
