Visitation for Anthony will be held Thursday, January 19, 2023 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Chapel Hill – Butler Funeral Home, 701 North 94th Street, Kansas City, Kansas 66112, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 pm. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
Anthony was born July 28, 1933 in Kansas City, Kansas. He was an Army Veteran and retired Police Officer.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marianne, his parents Blaz and Julia, his siblings Mary “Mitzi” Jaksa, Emma “Emmie” Kaszko, Charles, Max, Albert and Joseph.
Survivors include children Michael Kovac and wife Wendy, daughter Marianne Kovac, son Thomas Kovac and daughter Carole Otey and husband Joe. He has 3 grandchildren, Cody, Michelle and Greg along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Serving as pallbearers are Tom Kovac, Joe Otey, Carole Otey, Marianne Kovac, Cody Kovac and Charlie Krout.
