Brian M. Ward

Brian M. Ward, 67, of Kansas City, KS passed away February 15, 2014. Brian was born December 15, 1946 to Kenneth and Alberta Ward. He spent his life in the KCK area. On November 26, 1993, Brian married Terri Mize. He worked for Colgate Palmolive until retirement. Brian enjoyed watching Nascar races and Chiefs football. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing in his free time.

Brian was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Alberta. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Terri; sons, Chris (Tracy) Ward, Troy (Melode) Ward and Chad Ward; daughters, Kim (Carlos) Quijas, Tiana (Rodney) Seyedi, Alyshia Sumner and Jessica Sumner; 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

A visitation will be held Thursday, February 20th at Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home from 10:00-11:30 a.m. with the Rosary to be prayed at 11:30 and funeral service to start at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow services in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to Olathe Hospice, 20333 W. 151st St., Olathe, KS 66061.
