Carol Fisher, 42, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away January 7, 2013 at home. Memorial services will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 1st at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Greater Kansas City, 5445 Parallel Parkway, Kansas City, Kansas 66104.
Carol was born February 3, 1970 to George and Carolee Finkbeiner. A lifelong KC area resident, she received her GED from Schlagle and worked a variety of jobs in her early years. She married and later divorced James Fisher. Carol loved baking, all kinds of music, and enjoyed spending time with her family that included a cat, Raven.
Carol was preceded in death by her grandparents, her father George in 2005 and her ex-husband James Fisher.
She is survived by her mother, Carolee Finkbeiner of the home; brother, Chris Finkbeiner of Liberty, MO; and two nephews, Aiden and Landon Finkbeiner.
