Douglas Lee Parker, age 79, of Kansas City, Kansas passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at the Shawnee Gardens Assisted Living Home. Mr. Parker was born April 4th 1944. His parents Linsey and Virginia Parker preceded him in death. Douglas was the only child. Douglas was also preceded in death by his wife of 49 years Helen Frances Parker. Douglas served his country in the United States Coast Guard with an Honorable Discharge.
A Memorial services for Douglas will be held, August 16, 2023 at 10:30am at The Piper Assisted Living Facility, 2300 N. 113th Terrace, Kansas City, Kansas 66109.
