Lee Andrew Williams was born on April 3, 1982, in Detroit Michigan. Lee is the second son, and third of the four children born to Michael Woods and Loletia Woods. He was preceded in death by both of his loving parents and cherished uncle, Andrew (Andy) Williams.
Lee was raised in Detroit, Michigan. After high school, he moved to Kansas City, Kansas to live near his mother and material aunts and uncles. Lee was employed in Kansas City, KS through Enterprise Precast Concrete (previously Omega Concrete) for over 20 years where he served as a Mi-Jack Operator and Yard Foreman.
From childhood, Lee loved to work with his hands. He was a builder, tinker, and craftsman in his spare time. He used these skills to give new life and purpose to old things, and to help family and friends with projects, or anyone else in need. Lee was an adventurist, he loved to travel, yet he was also an avid gamer. He was outgoing and loved spending time with friends and family. Lee was charismatic, witty, he never met a stranger, and his smile was captivating and contagious.
Lee is survived by his wife, Crystal Williams; children, Tay’vonn Williams and Alyscea Jackson. Siblings include Ramada Woods, Michael Williams, and Lola Woods (Kenneth Wilson). Lee leaves behind several beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Additionally, Lee had several cherished individuals in his life, giving special mention to the Williams Family (of Kansas City, KS) and Coleman Family (of Boston).
Lee Andrew Williams will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
