Albert Gerald Rohr

Albert Gerald Rohr, 91, of Parkville, MO passed away June 29, 2013. Funeral services are 11:00 am Wednesday July 3rd at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 5409 NW 72nd Street, with visitation preceding services 10:00 - 11:00 am. Burial in Mount Moriah Terrace Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the American Kidney Foundation or Gloria Dei Lutheran Church.

Albert was born in Bazine, KS on the family farm. He proudly served his country during World War II and Korea in the US Army Air Corps and US Air Force. He was employed by TWA, retiring in 1983, after 38 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents, and 3 brothers. Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Joan Rohr, daughters and sons in law, Pam and Brian Sweeney, Paula and Clayton Fry, brother, Eugene Rohr, sister, Georgina Pfannensteil, 4 grandchildren, Rachel Schroff and husband, Steve, Tyler Brentlinger, Adam Pogue, and Lauren Brentlinger. Al made us laugh, loved his family and will be missed by all who knew him.
