Alma M. Herowitz, 91, of Overland Park, Kansas passed away Thursday, September 30, 2010 at Menorah Medical Hospital. Funeral services will be 2:30 pm, Sunday, October 3 with visitation at 2 pm, Mount Moriah & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Missouri. Interment will be in Mount Moriah Cemetery. Alma was a Dress Buyer at I. Magnin & Company in Los Angeles, California. With her husband, Alfred Herowitz, she was a Bookkeeper/Co-owner of A&B Coffee Company in Kansas City, Missouri. Survivors include her granddaughter, Christina Wiksell and grandson-in-law, Ryan Wiksell; nieces Toni Goldman-Lopez of Pine Mountain Club, California and Carol Dean of Grain Valley, Missouri; and nephews Robert Anderson of Fredericksberg, Virginia and Curtis Wilson of Richmond, Virginia.
