

Angelina Rocha Carmona, 89, of Kansas City, MO passed away Thurs, March 15, 2012 at Research Medical Center. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. on Mon, March 19 at Sacred Heart-Guadalupe Church, 2544 Madison, with burial to follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be 3:00-4:00 p.m. (Rosary at 4:00 p.m.) on Sunday at McGilley Midtown Chapel, 20 W. Linwood Blvd.
Angelina was born on Sept. 17, 1922 in Kansas City, KS to Jose Ysabel and Josephina de Rocha. She was preceded in death by sisters, Rosa Rocha Barbosa and Esther Rocha Hernandez, and brother,Jose Rocha. A lifelong resident of Kansas City, She worked as a packer at National Bella Hess for 27 years, worked in the clothing dept at Harzfelds for 5 years, and at Maddie Rhodes Center. She was a parishioner at Sacred Heart Church. Angelina is survived by brothers, John Rocha and Joseph H. Ortega; friends, Virginia Estrada Mendoza, Antonio Mendoza, Lalo & Marge Gomez, Helen Rivera, Juanita Hassler and Joe Ortiz.
