Bill G. Vrentas, Jr., 58, passed away November 17, 2014. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 22, at Mt. Moriah & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Rd., Kansas City, MO 64131. Burial in Mt. Moriah Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Heart of God Fellowship, 320 N. Buckner Tarsney Rd., Buckner, MO 64016 or Vitas Hospice, 4041 S. Lynn Ct. Dr., #300, Independence, MO 64055.
Bill was born December 17, 1955 in Kansas City, MO, son of Bill G., Sr and Jean Vrentas. He was a Shawnee Mission South graduate. He was President and CEO of State of the Art Machine Shop in Bates City, MO and also owned Taco Bills in Blue Springs, MO. He joined the Motorcycle Club S.J.L.E.M.C. of Harlingen, TX and loved his chopper “Thunder from Down Under.”
He was preceded in death by his mother Jean and his grandparents. Bill is survived by his wife Angela M. Vrentas; son Jeremy Vrentas and his wife Marky; father Bill G. Vrentas, Sr; brother Gregory L. Vrentas and his wife Andrea; and grandchildren Lily Athena and Ian Alexander.
