Carl was born on November 12th, 1934 in Kansas City Missouri. He was a graduate of Raytown High School, after which he attended the University of Missouri and served in the United States Air Force as a radio operator. He had fond memories of traveling and being stationed in Tokyo, Japan. Carl married Jo Ann Quistgard and raised a family in Kansas City, Missouri. He enjoyed a 34 year career with the U.S. Department of Agriculture and moved to Washington D.C. before retiring to Tucson, Arizona, to be near his sons and grandchildren.
Carl will be remembered for his love of showtunes and Broadway shows, love of travel, and his passion for the holidays which regularly brought out his artistically plated Jello salad.
Carl was preceded in death by his spouse Jo Ann Graham (Quistgard) and son Kelly Graham.
Survivors include son Cameron (Cara) Graham, daughter in law Dina Perez Graham, and grandchildren; Sydney, Mitchell, Devin, Chaney, and dear friend Phillip Delashmitt.
The family will be holding private services at a later date.
