Carl E. Keeton, 67, of Stilwell, KS passed away November 24, 2011. He was born Aug. 14, 1944 in Clinton, MO to Alfred & Wilma Jean Keeton. He graduated from Shawnee Mission East in 1962. He was proud to continue the family tradition of union roofing for over 40 years. He belonged to the Roofers Local #20 of Kansas City, MO & later retired from the International Association of Roofers, Waterproofers & Allied Workers of Washington D.C.
Carl was preceded in death by his parents and brother; Stan Keeton. He is survived by wife; Sherrie of 44 years, children; Brian & wife Jill, Kerrie McCown, Kimberly Esely, Tami Stabler, grandchildren; Brianna & Spencer Keeton & Kaylie Stabler. Brother; Craig & wife Nancy Keeton & their family.
Memorial Services will be 7:00 p.m., Mon., Nov. 28 at McGilley State Line. Visitation & reception will be 5:00-7:00, prior to service. Memorial contributions may be made to KC Hospice House 12000 Wornall Rd., KCMO 64145.
