Claudine Rinkert

CLAUDINE F. RINKERT, 87, went home to be with the Lord on April 16, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, George L. Rinkert and daughter, Claudia S. Heisler. She was born April 19, 1925 and graduated from high school in Leeton, MO. She came to Kansas City to attend General Hospital’s School of Nursing where she graduated in 1946. She was a part of the Cadet Nursing Corp. She was very proud to be a nurse and retired from North Kansas City Hospital. She went on to volunteer there for a number of years. She was a member of the Avondale United Methodist Church. Claudine is survived by her daughter, Sondra “Sandy” E. McQuerry and husband, Terry of Kansas City and her sister, Charlee Watson of Dallas, TX. She leaves seven grandchildren, Andrea Bingham, Shawna Law, Melody Fritson, Katie Raines, Ruth McQuerry, Micah McQuerry and Caleb McQuerry and two great grandchildren.
