I am so sad to learn of Connie's passing.  She and her family lived next door to us in Topeka and she was such a good friend and thoughtful neighbor.  I was heartbroken when the Farmer's moved away.  Several years later, I moved to this area and would on occasion see Connie.  What a dear wonderful lady.  So sorry Bill, Rachel and Mark for your loss.

A very sad day for the Real Estate community.  Connie spent tireless hours making the industry a better place than she found it.  An absolute professional. Connie found me my home when I moved to be closer to the city.  I'd never met such a consummate professional.  Her integrity was unmatched. I thought of her often and enjoyed reading her monthly tips.  To this day I keep the large notebook she made for my home outlining all the basic costs, maps and driving instructions to and from various venues,  and then my gosh.....the large tub of house supplies when I moved it.  It would be difficult to find a real estate agent of her caliber. No doubt, as a friend, wife, and mother, the standard Connie set was just as high.

I am so sorry for the family's loss the Connie's and the Remax Family...Connie was always professional and a very dedicate agent.  She will be missed!

We were saying what a professional she was and I was laughing at how we met until wee hours in the morning in Westlake Hardware parking lot in Olathe - passing papers for signatures back and forth. Connie was an amazing marketing genius, I still use her book to help me when writing ads and I need another descriptive word to use.  God Bless you and your family you will be missed.
