Constance “Connie” Paschal passed away peacefully on February 8, 2014. Connie was a loving generous wife, mother and grandmother. She was everyone’s friend and she had many. Connie enjoyed watching her kids and grandkids at all of their ball games and school events. She loved going to her home at the Lake of the Ozarks (Connie’s cottage), especially when her kids and grandkids were there.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents Roscoe and Mary Paffen. She is survived by her husband of 51 years Dave Paschal; her two children Jeff and Jennifer Paschal; brother Edward Paffen (Linda); eight grandkids Jeffrey, Jacob, Matthew, Michael, Kaylee, Vincent, Alayna and Nick; niece and nephews Andrew, Allison and Aiden; daughter-in-law Jill Paschal-McMakin and Ricardo Lopez.
She was the rock of the family and will be greatly missed. Services will be private. A memorial service is planned at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Connie’s name may be sent to KU Cancer Center or to Kansas City Hospice House.
