Dale Phillip McCune, age 78, transitioned peacefully into heaven Tuesday morning, December 20, 2016. He is preceded in death by his son, Phil, and his brother, David McCune. He is survived by his children, Deborah Lynn of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Cindy (Tim) Long, Rebecca McCune and Andrew McCune of Kansas City and six grandchildren, Hannah, Jesse, John, Emily, Sofia, and Manin. He is also survived by former wife, Sherry McCune, brother, Donald (Evelyn) McCune, sister, Carol (Duane) Slagel, sister-in-law, Robin McCune and many nieces, nephews and extended family members. Dale was a retired vending machine repairman throughout the Kansas City area and Clinton, Missouri. Visitation begins at 10am on Thursday, December 22, with funeral to follow at 11am at McGilley Memorial Chapel, 12301 State Line Road, Kansas City, Missouri.
