He was born December 6, 1966, in Santa Clara, California, to Ronald L. and Veronica J. (Himenes) Garcia.
He attended Patterson High School in Patterson, California. Following high school, he began his career as a tow truck operator and dispatcher for over 25 years.
Dave met his future wife, Blanche, at her sister’s wedding and married her on April 4, 1998 in Kansas City, Missouri. They joined the marriage with his daughter, Judith.
Dave enjoyed working on cars, being on the boat with his wife, daughter, and grandchildren. He especially enjoyed eating at the Longhorn Steakhouse with his family.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Garcia; and two brothers, Jeff and Matthew Garcia.
Dave is survived by his wife Blanche Garcia, of the home; daughter, Judith Schneidmiller (Adam) of Cadillac, Michigan; four grandchildren, Shiyanne, Aria, Isabella, and Logan; his mother, Veronica Garcia of Kansas City, Missouri; one brother, Kevin Garcia (Renee) of Riverbank, California; and one sister, Rhonda Park of Kansas City, Missouri; and a host of nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life for David will be held at 5:30 PM, Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at the McGilley Antioch Chapel.
