Mr. Newman was born May 5, 1927. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He loved to fish/hunt, and was a great cook. He enjoyed it when the church and neighborhood kids would come by his house. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Rosa Newman, brother Walter Newman, and son David Lee Newman. Mr. Newman is survived by his brother Ernie Newman; son Dan Newman (Renee); daughter R. Renee Swain (Chris Gish); six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
