She was born October 27, 1981 in Kansas City, Missouri.
She is survived by her mother Leigh Ann (Ninemire) Collins, her father Henry Wayne Collins, brother Austin Wayne Collins, two nephews Austin Jewell Collins and Kai Jasper James Collins and one niece True Dawn Walker.
Elizabeth loved everyone and everything. She loved to play exceptional softball and to travel with her family. Elizabeth made people smile when they were sad or upset. She was never angry or upset with anyone. Elizabeth was always happy and smiling. She loved listening to music and watching movies. Elizabeth loved her dogs. Her nephews and niece were her world as well as her brother. She loved Tigger and Minne Mouse. She loved bowling and being outside and loved being in water. Elizabeth loved being around family and friends.

A visitation will be held for Elizabeth Saturday, October 2, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Moriah, Newcomer and Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64131. Followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. A graveside service will be held Saturday, October 2, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Mount Moriah Cemetery South.
