Enid Teller

Enid Teller passed away on January 17, 2012, at Lee Memorial Hospital in Fort Myers, Florida. Enid was born on November1, 1932, to Paul Wolford Etter and Marion Katherine Brown Etter in Kansas City, Missouri. Enid was preceded in death by her brother, Rodney Paul Etter. She leaves behind her sister, Janette Etter Lambert and her brother-in-law, James Donald Lambert.

Enid attended Frances Willard Grade School and Paseo High School. She then enlisted in the U.S. Army serving in the Signal Corps as a photographer. For the last 11 years Enid has spent half her time in Naples or Fort Myers, Florida with her special friend Bob Hawes. Her favorite place to be was in the sun, on the beach and near the ocean. When in Kansas City she spent her time in the garden with her flowers and in being the best friend and sister ever.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 24, 2012, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.at McGilley State Line Chapel, 12301 State Line Road where a Rosary will be prayed at 5:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 25, at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 11822 Holmes, with burial at Calvary Cemetery, 6901 Troost. In lieu of flowers donations to the Wayside Waifs, 3901 Martha Truman Road would be appreciated.
