

Esau was born in Dumas, Arkansas to the late Esau and Bobbie Pickett. He enjoyed 63 years of marriage to the love of his life Wilma Lee Montgomery Pickett.
Esau attended and graduated from Reed High School in 1960 in Dumas, Arkansas. After graduating from Reed High School, he was conscripted into the United States Army in 1961 and was honorably discharged in 1963. He immediately served there after in the Army Reserves until 1967.
Esau worked as an insurance agent for 45 years. He also volunteered at Don Bosco Meals on Wheels for 25 years and served food Thursday nights at church.
Esau had a passion for life and a love for all. He relished his time playing cards and dominos, but dominos was his absolute favorite. He also loved spending time with his family and friends while preparing food to perfection.
