Ethel Mae Boyer

Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, January 25, 2003 at the Avondale United Methodist Church, 3101 NE Winn Rd, Kansas City, MO, burial in New Hope Cemetery, Liberty, MO. Friends may call from 6-8 PM Friday, January 24, at the McGilley Antioch Chapel, 3325 NE Vivion Rd, Kansas City. In lieu of flowers contributions are suggested to the church building fund or NorthCare Hospice.

Ethel was born February 9, 1925 in Kansas City, KS and was a lifelong area resident. She was a 30-year employee of the Colgate Palmolive Co & retired in 1982. Ethel was a member of the Avondale United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 sister, & 3 brothers.

Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Jack of the home; 2 daughters, Dianne Vescovo & her husband, Paul, Gladstone, MO & Marsha Boyer, Independence, MO; a son, Jack Boyer & his wife, Karen, Lenexa, KS; 1 brother, Robert Braswell & his wife, Letha, Leavenworth, KS; 2 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, & many nieces, nephews, & cousins.
