

Frances moved to Kansas City as a child and graduated from Westport High School in 1948. She had a successful career as a planner and coordinator at Bendix and retired from Allied Signal after 33 years. She was an active member of St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church and Academy where she wore many hats such as church secretary and operating the bookstore.
She was a talented artist, painter, and illustrator. She illustrated the catalogs for her parents’ business, The Princess Uniform Company in Kansas City. She enjoyed cooking and was famous for her fresh baked bread. She devoted her life to serving others.
Frances is survived by five daughters: Renee Suggs (Jackie), Katherine Bruno (Ronald), Mary Mullins (Scott), Michele Wood, Opal Bullock, and a bonus daughter Barbara Pulliam (Mel), 13 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by sons Michael and Mark Rabuse; and granddaughter, Megan Rabuse.
A visitation for Frances will be 6-8pm on Monday, May 12, 2025 at McGilley State Line Chapel. A Rosary will begin at 10:00am, followed by her Mass of Christian Burial service at 10:30am on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 3106 Flora Avenue, Kansas City, MO 64109. She will be laid to rest in Avalon Cemetery, outside of Hale, MO at 3:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Luminos Hospice, 700 NE RD Mize Road, Suite 200, Blue Springs, MO 64014.
