

Georgiana was born in Kansas City, Missouri, on December 24, 1933. She was joined in marriage to Troy Garland Kniffin, Jr., in 1954 at the Stone Church in Independence, Missouri. Together, they spent several years in Southern California before returning home to Missouri to raise their children in the St. Louis area. Georgiana and Troy were blessed with two children, six grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. They were lifetime members of the Community of Christ.
Georgiana was preceded in death by her husband of nearly 50 years, Troy Garland Kniffin, Jr., and her parents, Harley Hathhorn and Georgia Leona (White) Hathhorn.
She is survived by her sister, Joyce Ann (Arnie) Grotenhuis; her children, Mark Brian Kniffin and Joy Lynn (Bryan) Graveline; two daughters-in-law, Vicki Lynn Kniffin and Dawn Patricia Kniffin; her grandchildren, Eric Christopher Kniffin, Sarah Joy (Jason) Constantine, Daniel (Theresa Fichter) Kniffin, Robert Bryan (Katie) Graveline, Jr., Laura Rebecca Graveline, and Andrew Troy Kniffin; two step grandchildren, Todd and Brian (Danielle) Evans; four great grandchildren, Benjamin Matthew Constantine, Grace Marie Graveline, Henry Paul Constantine, and Anna Teresa Graveline; her brother-in-law, David Lloyd Kniffin, as well as many well-loved nieces and nephews and long-time friends.
Services will be held Saturday, January 17, at Floral Hills Chapel and Cemetery, Kansas City, Missouri. Visitation will begin at 1pm, worship services at 1:30pm, with burial to follow at the graveside.
