Gerald Staton, 80, longtime resident of Kansas City, MO passed away September 3, 2011 at Riverside Nursing and Rehab Center. Funeral services will be 11 AM Thursday September 8, 2011 at McGilley Antioch Chapel burial with military honors in Leavenworth National Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Wednesday at the chapel. Gerald was born May 3, 1931 in Kansas City, MO. He was a US Army veteran serving in the Korean War. Gerald was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Harold and Don.
