Gloria "Jean" Edinger

Gloria "Jean" Edinger, 62, of Smithville, Mo passed away June 3, 2012. A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 am Saturday June 9th at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 18601 N. 169 Hwy, Smithville, Mo. Visitation will precede the Celebration 10:00 - 11:00 am. Memorial contributions are suggested to NorthCare Hospice.

Jean was a graduate of Winfield High School in Winfield, Mo. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church and served on the church council. She was a cosmetologist for 25 years, and later worked as a real estate agent for Reece & Nichols for 16 years. Survivors include her husband, Bob Edinger, daughters and sons in law, DeEtta and Dan Doyle, Maura and Tim Hon, mother, Mary Byington, brother, Noel Joplin, sisters, Sandy Cremeens, Peggy Joplin, 5 grandchildren, Mia, Logan, Hunter, Fisher and Piper.
