Jacqueline Rose Blank, 82, KCMO, passed away Monday, January 21, 2013 at Wilshire of Lakewood. Jackie was born September 7, 1930, in St. Louis, MO, the seventh child of Edwin and Theresa (Hiller) Schulz. St. Louis was home until the family moved to Kansas City in 1972. She worked in the banking industry locally, and retired from the accounting department of St. Joseph Hospital. She was preceded in death by: a son, Christopher in 2010; her parents; and all of her siblings. She is survived by: a daughter, Terese (Danny) Gamphor; three sons: Gary (Sally) Blank, Greg (Kathren) Blank, and Curt (Trish) Blank; by 5 grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
