Jake Ryan Leitner, age 15, Overland Park, KS passed away the morning of December 16th, 2011 in his home with his mom close next to him. Jake uncovered and discovered love in many people during his short life. His heart was full of a pure love that gave him the gift of seeing goodness in every person that crossed his path. Jake’s long eyelashes, sparkling eyes, contagious giggle and sweet soul are already deeply missed by his family and friends.
A Celebration of Jake’s life will be held in the sanctuary at Church of the Resurrection where Jake has been a member since age 3. Service: 3:30 pm Wednesday, December 21st.
