Mr. James R. Bradshaw

James R. “Brad” Bradshaw, 89, of Lee’s Summit, MO, 89, passed away October 24, 2014. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 29th from 11-12 pm at the Newcomer’s Floral Hills Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 12:00 pm. Burial will be held at the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Brad served in the WWII Army Air Force. He was a B-17 Tail Gunner for 35 missions. He enjoyed a 44 year career with General Motors and was an active member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church. He lived cars and building and remodeling houses. He was a “DIY extraordinaire”. Brad was a loving husband, father & friend and grateful for everyone’s love and friendship. He will be missed by all. Brad was preceded in death by his wife Esther and his parents Mr. & Mrs. Al B. Bradshaw. He is survived by daughter Susan McNabb, son Drew Bradshaw & wife Joyce, brothers Al Jr. & wife Lyla, & Lawrence Bradshaw, 2 grandchildren Steve Stuhlman & wife Tammy and John Stuhlman & wife Carleen, 3 great grandchildren & 2 great great granddaughters.
