Jennifer Lynn Combs

Jennifer Lynn Combs, 49 of KCMO passed away Friday, January 30, 2015 at St. Luke’s Hospital, surrounded by her family and friends. She was born December 24, 1965. Jennifer was a kind, loving and compassionate person. Her children and grandchildren were her life. She was always helping other people and tried to be there for her children, family and friends, putting others before herself. As in life, in death she continues to help others, as she made the decision to be an organ donor some time ago. While our family grieves, other families rejoice today from her wonderful gifts of life to their loved one.

Jennifer is survived by her three children, Stephen, Frankie and Amber; four grandchildren, three sisters, mother, grandmother, significant other and her many other family and friends. Our sadness at Jennifer’s too soon passing is immeasurable. We understand that her spirit and precious memories of her will always be with us.

A Celebration of Jennifer’s Life will be 5:00 p.m., Friday, February 6, 2015 at the Wesley Chapel in Methodist Church of the Resurrection, 13720 Roe Blvd., Leawood, KS.
