JO ANN PHILLIPPIE Jo Ann Phillippie, 79, passed away March 11, 2016. Visitation will be from 9-10 AM Tuesday, March 15 with services at 10 AM at Floral Hills Funeral Home. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Jo Ann was a lifelong area resident. She worked as a legal assistant for Theodore Barnes and Leonard L. Meyer Law Firms for 25 years, retiring in 2015. Jo Ann was preceded in death by her husband, a daughter, a brother and her parents. Survivors include a sister, Janice Arnold; a niece, Joeleen James.
