John was born August 18, 1963 in Kansas City, MO to Peter John Donnici and Linda Louise (Haverland) Donnici. His parents preceded him in death. John is survived by his wife, Helen Sage; 4 brothers, Michael (Kevin) Donnici, Louis Donnici, Phillip (Gerri) Donnici, and Frank (Licia) Donnici; step-children, Amber (Aaron) Stull and Paul Dunbar; multiple aunts, an uncle, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
John was a 1981 graduate of Truman High School, Independence, MO. He was a truck driver for and veteran of the U.S. Army. John was a business owner and “jack of many trades”. He was the “king of dad jokes” and had a terrific sense of humor. He had a big heart and soft spot for animals. John was an avid sportsman and enjoyed fishing and muscle cars. John was a devoted son, brother and spouse.
Visitation is scheduled from 10:00 – 11:00 AM Thursday, March 20th at St Gabriel Catholic Church, where a rosary will be prayed before the Mass at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow services in Resurrection Cemetery, Kansas City, MO. In lieu of flowers contributions are suggested to the Humane Society of Greater Kansas City.
John will be deeply missed and forever loved.
