I'll never forget what Dr Finley did for me. He changed my life when he did my crown work many many years ago and they lasted almost forever.. he was undoubtedly the best dentist in both states and probably more that I don't know about. Being a dental technician and handling his cases was an honor, and he never settled for anything less than perfect. He was totally painless whenever he worked on me. He was a  gentle, loving,  compassionate, and very professional giant of a man. My condolences to the family and the loved ones.

I worked with Jon for about 15 years and enjoyed our relationship immensely.  I was saddened to learn of his passing.  He was one of the great old guard.  To honor his memory, the rest of us need to step up to ensure that the needs of patients are our first priority.  Rest in peace, Jon!

DR.FINLEY WAS MY DENTIST FOR OVER 30 YEARS.I STARTED GOING TO HIM WHEN HE WAS ON WARD PARKWAY. HE HELPED SAVE MY TEETH AND WAS A VERY GOOD DENTIST.I STILL GO TO HIS OLD OFFICE. I AM SO SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT HIS PASSING.

Dr Finley was a primary reason I was inducted into the prestigious American Academy of Restorative Dentistry. More than that he was always a supportive teacher and mentor for me and others and a distinguished member of our Academy. I am saddened to hear of his passing but very grateful to have known him. I wish to extend my condolences on behalf of myself but also on behalf of the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry where he will be honored and eulogized at our annual meeting in February. We'll miss you Jon !

Dr. Finley was my dentist.  he saved me from an from another prosthodontist that was going to do me wrong.  He was always warm and friendly with me.  My sympathy goes out to his family and friends which I know will miss him greatly. His daughter Kristin cleans my teeth and I know she is a great person and a reflection of her father.

Jon Finley was my dentist first and then a dear friend. we lost touch over the last 20 years, but my memories include his great sense of humor. i am so sorry for his family's loss and wish you all peace with his leaving.

i am stunned to hear of Jon's leaving. he was my dentist and then friend for many years. we lost touch in the past 20 years, and i happened to think of him this evening. i googled him and discovered that he had moved on. Peace to the family and to his many friends and colleagues. i will never forget him.

Sharon. I am so sorry to hear about Jon. After my injury Jon and Dr Harvey let me do some of their lab work to help prove to the faculty I could continue in dentistry. I have been forever grateful.
