Julius Norman Scott, age 91, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, June 28, 2023. He was born in Newburg, MO to Homer and Lucy Scott.
Norman held many careers through his working life. First he worked as a fireman for Frisco Railroad, shoveling coal to keep the trains running. He went to UMR to study engineering and graduated with a degree in civil engineering, and spend the majority of his career with Black & Veatch. He retired at 65 after 40 years of service.
