Laurie J. Scott-Carter, 51, of Kansas City, MO passed away June 28, 2014.Visitation Thursday, July 3, 2014 from 12-1pm with service beginning at 1pm at the McGilley & Sheil Chapel. Inurnment at Brooking Cemetery at a later date.
Laurie was born April 27, 1963 in Kansas City, MO to Gary & Nancy Scott. Laurie adored & dearly loved her children as they came second only to God. She enjoyed birds & flowers. Laurie was a wonderful cook & baker. She loved doing things for others & accepted any challenge.
Laurie is survived by her mother; children, Michael Stewart, Levi Carter & Rachel Scott & two brothers, Michael & David Scott.
