Lillian M. Farrell, age 97, of Kansas City, MO passed away February 2, 2016. Visitation 6-8pm Friday, Feb. 5th at the McGilley & Sheil Chapel with Rosary recited at 7pm. Mass of Christian Burial 10am Sat., Feb. 6th at St. Patrick's Oratory, 806 Cherry St., KCMO with burial following in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
Lillian worked as a nurse at Research Medical Center for over 20 years, retiring in 1989. She was preceded in death by her husband, John R. Farrell, Sr.; a son, William “Bill” Farrell; a brother, Harry Albert and a granddaughter, Laura Regan. She is survived by a son, John Farrell, Jr. and wife Barbara; sisters, Diane Ahlberg and Michelle McCarty; daughter-in-law, Connie Farrell; 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
