Margie Caldwell, 71, passed away June 14, 2016. Margie was born April 4, 1945 in Raleigh, NC. She married Leroy “Sonny” Caldwell on November 18, 1967. They shared 34 years of marriage together. To this union five children were born. Margie and Sonny loved to go dancing together and playing cards. Margie enjoyed being a stay at home mom for many years before Sonny passed on January 1, 2002. She loved people, making people laugh and helping the customers at Cargo Largo where she worked for 8 years. Most of all she loved her family and getting to spend time with all eleven grandchildren. Survivors include five children, Jody Caldwell of Warsaw, MO, Michael and wife Tami Caldwell of Harrisonville, MO, Sunnie and husband Devon Bowersock of Raytown, MO, Kim and husband Dustin Pennington of Raytown, MO and William and wife Laura Caldwell of Raytown, MO; eleven grandchildren, Collin, Christian, Kaley, Savannah, Fabian, Cannon, Ethan, Cierra, Jacob, Tayje and Zaidrie. Visitation will be Monday, June 20, 2016 from 6-8 pm at Floral Hills Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at 10 am also at the Funeral Home. Burial will be at Park Lawn Cemetery in Kansas City
