Margaret L. Roy, 68, of Belton, Missouri passed away February 21, 2011 at St. Luke’s Hospital on the Plaza. Private services. Margaret was born June 25, 1942 in Kansas City, Missouri to Eugene and Hallie (Lowder) Butler. She is survived by her husband Robert “Bob” Roy, sons Chris A. Morris (Sally), Craig A.
