It is with great sadness that I am writing these few lines to the family of my dearest friend Jennie Passler. You were truly a very remarkable woman with the inspiration of always wanting to help others in any way you could. 
I consider myself very blessed to have known you and to have helped you through the years with the St. Joseph Table starting years ago in your home.
Your kind generosity towards others will never be forgotten. I will surely miss you but I believe that you are in a far better place now surrounded by your loved ones that have gone before you. I continue to pray for you as you start on your journey through the heavens, May the angels lead you into paradise and may the perpetual light shine upon you and give you eternal rest. Mary's beautiful smile and happy personality brightened many a day for all who worked at the Bayer Hawthorne site . My condolences to all of her family and friends who will miss this special lady , but with God's grace the sorrow eases with time while the fond memories will continue to provide comfort and joy for years to come .

Lisa, Rene and Ann Marie,  Your mom and your aunts were like mothers to me when I was a young girl. I always felt loved when I was with them. I will always remember summer nights sitting on the porch with them on Olive Street.  I also remember big gatherings at your house on Sunday afternoons where I could always find a pot of something delicious sitting on your stove and your mom telling me, "Eat, Eat"! I remember playing practical jokes and making prank phone calls at your house.  Your mom would yell at us but at the same time she couldn't keep from laughing with us. Some of my best teenage memories I owe to your mom and your family.  Rest in peace Jenny.  Enjoy your reunion with "Aunt Lucy", "Aunt Jay" and "Phina". Wish I could spend one more evening out on the front porch with the 4 of you.

Your Mother as a happy passionate woman quick with story and a smile. Her family was everything to her and I am glad she was with you all as she began the next chapter of her life. My sympathies to all of you, so sorry for your loss.

To the family of Jennie (Mary).  I am so sorry to hear about your mother's death.  We talked often at Bayer and after we retired I would see her every so often at the grocery store.  Please know that  you all are in my thoughts and prayers.

Your Mom was a treat! I will always remember her with a smile and a great sense of humor. She was the first person I met in "the family."  I am honored that you chose me to do a reading at Mass.  I think your Mom is up in heaven playing music and dancing. She might have to introduce Kool and the Gang to the play list up there.

I've always had a great respect for her.  How I loved her cooking and beautiful St. Joseph Day tables and food.  If there's anything I can do to help any of you, please let me know.  (I mean it. Renee you've always been there for our family whenever we were in need.) My heartfelt prayers are for you all and your families.

It was a blessing to have known a wonderful soul. Loved being her neighbor.  Her St Joseph tables where breath taking.    Ann Marie you and you family are in my thoughts and prayers.  Your mama was an amazing woman.

Jennie (Nana) you were apart of the best memories I remember with my best friends growing up. You were hilarious and not a time when an episode of Everybody loves Raymond or Monk I don't think of you. Alesia, You and your family are my family. And I love you all very much! I am deeply saddened that this day has come, but in life ther cmes a day God calls us home. Bittersweet, you leave the ones who love you so much on Earth, but, the ones up in Heaven are finally reuniting with you. Alesia and Lisa and I know that you and the girls Fina and Lou are at it again. :) Will miss you and love you.
