Mary Lou Romstad was lifted to heaven by the angels on March 13, 2022. She was born to Anna and Anthony Janes in the Strawberry Hill area of Kansas City, KS. Her life was totally enriched with her faith in God and the family she tenderly raised. A mother of five children whose love she gave to them continues to shine through their hearts each passing day. The hugs and sweet kisses she gave to everyone she met in her life was a trademark of her testament to always sprinkle a persons world with kindness and shower them with God’s love. She was preceded in death by the love of her life Gerald Malcolm Romstad. Mary Lou is survived by her five children: Sharon, Billy(Terri), Kevin, Patty(Mike),John(Cheryl) and the extra joys of her life with twelve grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
The visitation for Mary Lou Romstad will be held Friday, March 18 at St. John La Lande Parish at 805 R D Mize Rd, Blue Springs, MO 64015 at 8:30am with a funeral mass to follow.
The burial service will be at Floral Hills Cemetery at 3:00pm
