Mont Junior Berry, 89, Kansas City, Missouri passed away May 2, 2016. Visitation will be from 12:00-1:00 p.m. followed by funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 7, at Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Missouri. Burial in Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
Mr. Berry was born March 17, 1927 in Baldwin, Kansas, son of Montgomery Ward and Bertha (Porter) Berry. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He was preceded in death by one son Calvin and brother, Leonard. Mr. Berry is survived by his wife Sandra (Thomas) Berry; sister Theresa; four sons Michael, Leroy, Kenny, and Marvin; four daughters Jackie, Debra, Sherri and Mindy; 27 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
